Energy Rising

I love spring. Flowers are blooming, energy is naturally rising and life feels pretty darn good after the slowness of winter. It’s a time to clean and declutter which I always find cathartic.

This spring has also been retreat season for me and I have been grateful to have again been to Tonga with my amazing cohosts Serene Tay and Rachel Phelps and our awesome retreat participants at Serenity Beaches Resort. It is super magical swimming with whales and I love sharing this experience with others.

I have also done two qigong retreats with the fantastic Wilhemeena Isabella Monroe - one on nei gong (internal work/skill) and another on internal/external energy fields. Nei gong is ancient and the most advanced of internal qigong practices. It is designed to elevate consciousness by cultivating our inner environments and revitalising our internal energy (jing or generative energy we are born with, qi or life/vital energy, and shen or spirit/soul energy) to assist with the function of our physical body, internal immune system and mental health. Meditation and breathwork are important as is working with our 3 dantiens (energy reservoirs aka fields of bliss), and the connections between them. Internal/external fields was about connecting our individual fields to the wider quantum field including that of others. Jayne Jennings and I practiced the latter across the airways between Springbrook Australia and Opotiki New Zealand and we may as well have been in the same room as the qi exchange was really powerful and another confirmation why remote or distance healing can be so effective.

In between I attended an 11/11 frequency retreat with amazing sound ceremonialist Samantha May where we were beautifully nurtured and nourished by a lovely group of high vibe ladies. I had my first ever light language activitation which was interesting given it came through at 4am, and painted the sigil below.

And now I am off to Chiang Mai for a 2 week medical qigong retreat so my festive season will be a lot quieter than it used to be and focussed instead on self care.

So use spring’s energy to revitalise and practice self care over the festive season folks. 💖💫
