Soul Mission/Purpose

Do you know what your soul mission/purpose is? I was asked this question recently and while it is now easier to answer, it has been a life long journey to discover that.

In the Soul Realignment modality I use to access the akashic records, my primary Energy Centre or soul mission/purpose is Compassion. Compassion is about community, nurture, nature, and tending to basic needs so individuals, communities and ecosystems thrive. Once I understood this, I understood why family, friends and the environment are so important to me, and I have been drawn to international development and humanitarian work as well as coaching.

I have had to learn Compassion applies to me first and foremost, then to others and my environment. In the past I have fallen into the dysfunctional aspect of my energy centre which is sacrifice. In an effort to show compassion, I have put others’ needs ahead of my own, compromised my values, gone into rescue mode, participated in people’s emotional lives to unhealthy and depleting degrees, and kept myself stuck in dysfunctional relationships, to the point where I have lost track of my own experience on occasion, which is what I am truly here to create. Self compassion has been a rebalancing act which felt selfish at first but was the key to allowing my soul mission/purpose to shine. Through learning, healing, and more soul aligned choice and action, I can now say I come from a place of true soul aligned authenticity which better supports me and others.

What I have also learnt is our soul mission/purpose, as the primary energy of our divine soul blueprint, was how we were first created. But we block or restrict access to our divine soul blueprint and our soul purpose/mission through negative karmic choices, decisions, actions in this and past lives which then create energetic soul misalignments. We can also choose to express our soul mission/purpose in different ways in different lifetimes but our underlying soul energy remains unchanged.
